Window Treatments in Osprey, FL

Osprey sits along the bay south of Sarasota, with established neighborhoods, newer communities, and homes near the water. Coastal Shades and Shutters brings custom window treatments to Osprey homeowners, with free in-home consultations and 10+ years of experience.

Updating an Established Home

If your home has older blinds or treatments that no longer fit how you use each room, we can help you plan an update room by room or all at once:

• Plantation shutters for a clean, classic look on front-facing windows.

• Cellular shades to add insulation at the window.

• Custom blinds sized for each opening.

Lanai Doors and Family Rooms

Sliding doors to the lanai or pool let in plenty of light, and heat and glare along with it. Solar shades filter sun while you can still see outside, and motorized shades make wide doors and tall windows easy to operate.

Bedrooms and Media Rooms

For rooms where you want it dark, blackout roller shades and room-darkening cellular shades help block light.

Working with Interior Designers

If you're working with an interior designer, we coordinate fabrics, colors, and finishes with their plan so treatments fit the look of each room. We can meet with you and your designer during the consultation and bring samples to view in your home's own light.
